Fees
While some sponsorship is being sought, it is the intent of the organizers to make the conference self-supporting primarily through the conference fees. Budgeting has now been sufficiently completed to establish the conference fees as follows (in US$):

Fees for all but Accompanying Persons include the registration packet, program and abstract booklets, CD of extended abstracts, lunches for four days, Wednesday evening reception and buffet, Friday evening reception and barbecue, and Saturday excursion.
Fees for Accompanying Persons include a three-day program of tours and visits, lunches for four days, Wednesday evening reception and buffet, Friday evening reception and barbecue, and Saturday excursion.
The cancellation policy for registration fees is as follows: If canceled before May 1 the registration fee, minus $25, will be refunded. Thereafter, requests for cancellations for special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but those granted will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
