Registration
For the registration fees, please see the fees page. Reduced fees for early registration are available until 15 March. The fees are also embedded in the registration system.
The registration system allows you to:
- register and pay fees securely by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer
- reserve and pay for rooms in the on-campus student-style housing, the Hans Bethe House (see option 2 of accommodations page)
- register and pay for accompanying persons
Once you have done item 1, you may re-enter the registration system later to modify or add to your registration (for example, to do items 2 and/or 3 if you have not already done so). To re-enter, you must use the Registration Code number that will be issued to you when you receive your confirmation from your first use.
Reservations at the conference hotel, The Statler Hotel on the Cornell campus adjacent to the conference venue, or at other accommodations need to be made separately from registration -- see the accommodations page. Please note that the rooms at special reduced rates at the Statler are being held only until 29 April.

If you decide to wait to register on-site, you will be able to do so on Tuesday afternoon, 27 May at the Statler Hotel, or any time at the venue during the conference itself. At that time you may pay by credit card, cash (US$), travelers checks in US$, or personal checks in US$ and drawn on a US bank.
